Hello everyone, I'm putting updating this visual on a needed hiatus.

There was a time where close friends were afraid for my mental health, and when I finally did that break took nearly half a year to recover any get back any motivation I had for this visual novel.

The visual novel is a massive passion project of mine, however I'm not longer happy with how the story currently is, and where I wake to take without several recons suddenly taking place.

I most noticed this problem with the prologue (aka the absolutely worse part of the vn), day 1 and day 2 switch is most of the story thus far.

Between the time of the last update and now I've realized that I really prefer to plan ahead of time, and I was pushing myself too hard to the point that every single day and night I am constantly in a state of brainstorming, that I've lost a lot of sleep over it, weaken or even cut off many friendships both personal and with supporters.

I just need time to care more for myself so I can produce what I need.

What now?

- This visual novel by no means is cancelled, though I have no expectation of when this vn will return. That said, I'll still be using what I've used as a base, so I won't be starting from scratch. What is now the prologue, day 1 and day 2 will be much more entertaining than what it is now after being remastered. The new has already been in the works even though I'm now taking all the time I need.

- The "Eternal Eclipse" central plot point itself is truly a final destination more than the main focus, so I want to rebrand the visual novel under the name "Taigenchi". Having the visual novel under the name "Taigenchi" allows for prequels, sequels, of spin offs to made in the future.

- I want to especially recreate the prologue so I can create new character perspectives with believable motives.

- This vn will likely return as an nsfw 18 and older visual novel, not only due to sexual themes but other mature themes I want to focus on. The lasting impact of war and abuse, being two main themes.

- This vn originally was supposed to eventually be actual horror, but now I want to focus on psychological horror, and thriller elements.

- The latest build of this vn will likely remain here.

- I'm changing from a day and chapter layout to just a chapter layout so I can speed up or slow the story when necessary.

- Even after fixing sprites I've still not happy with how they currently are.

- I need to be less controlling of my vision and become more trusting of team. I haven't spoken with most of the team or the discord server members in a long while.

- I do have plans on expanded the team, even getting tester for builds.

- I absolutely hated using stock edited images and will absolutely be replacing all them.
